Overview

As a shareholder at the organisation , you play a vital role in supporting our mission to create social impact in Uganda. Your investment and involvement help drive initiatives that empower communities, enhance education, and foster sustainable development. Together, we work to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

  1. Engage actively with the nonprofit's mission and vision.
  2. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  3. Provide financial support through donations or fundraising efforts.
  4. Attend regular meetings to discuss organizational progress and initiatives.
  5. Network and build relationships with other stakeholders and community members.
  6. Advocate for the organization's goals and represent its interests.
  7. Review and approve budgets, financial statements, and reports.
  8. Assist in identifying potential partnerships and collaborative opportunities.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the impact of the organization’s programs.
  10. Support volunteer engagement and community outreach efforts.
