Overview

The Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in welcoming new volunteers and partners to our community. This position is responsible for guiding individuals through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our mission and how they can contribute effectively to our projects in Uganda. By providing support and resources, the Onboarding Specialist helps build strong relationships that drive our social impact initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate the onboarding process for new volunteers and donors, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  2. Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including guides and training resources.
  3. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new participants to Little x Little’s mission and programs.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for new volunteers and donors during their onboarding journey.
  5. Collect feedback from new participants to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
  6. Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on onboarding goals and processes.
  7. Monitor and track onboarding progress, providing reports to leadership as needed.
  8. Organize and facilitate follow-up meetings to engage new participants and address any questions.
  9. Promote a culture of inclusivity and support throughout the onboarding process.
