Overview

The ICT Training Coordinator at the organisationis responsible for designing and implementing technology training programs that empower community members and enhance digital skills. This role involves collaborating with local partners, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective learning and sustainable impact in the community. Through this position, we aim to bridge the digital divide and promote greater access to information and resources.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement ICT training programs tailored to community needs.
  2. Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
  3. Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
  4. Develop training materials and resources, ensuring accessibility for all participants.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
  6. Collaborate with local stakeholders and partners to enhance training initiatives.
  7. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees post-training.
  8. Stay updated on the latest ICT trends and tools to ensure relevant content.
  9. Assist in reporting on training outcomes and impact to stakeholders.
