Responsibilities

  2. Provide accurate information about Little x Little’s programs and initiatives.
  3. Assist users in navigating the platform and troubleshooting any issues.
  4. Maintain a positive and supportive communication style in all interactions.
  5. Collect feedback from users to improve service delivery and user experience.
  6. Collaborate with team members to address complex customer inquiries.
  7. Keep records of customer interactions and support requests.
  8. Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved issues and inquiries.
  9. Educate users about the impact of their contributions and involvement.
  10. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new programs and policies.
