Overview

The Field Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing on-the-ground activities, ensuring that programs run smoothly and effectively in communities across Uganda. This position involves coordinating with local teams, managing resources, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to drive social impact and support our mission. By fostering collaboration and maintaining high operational standards, the supervisor helps empower communities and enhance the effectiveness of our initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily field operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage and support field staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for program implementation and community outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, collecting data and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between field teams and headquarters to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and community members.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations in all field activities.
  • Assist in budget management, ensuring efficient use of resources in the field.
  • Prepare reports on field activities, outcomes, and challenges for leadership review.
