Overview

The Field Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day implementation of programs in Uganda, ensuring that our initiatives run smoothly and effectively. This role involves coordinating with local teams, managing resources, and building strong relationships with communities to drive social impact and achieve our mission. By fostering collaboration and innovation, the Field Operations Manager plays a crucial part in empowering vulnerable populations and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily field operations to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with local teams to implement community-based projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress and impact metrics.
  • Facilitate training and capacity-building workshops for staff and volunteers.
  • Manage budgets and resources for field activities.
  • Engage with community stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Report on field activities and outcomes to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
  • Identify challenges and recommend solutions to enhance operations.
  • Support fundraising efforts by providing insights from the field.
