Overview

The Data Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and management of data to support our nonprofit initiatives in Uganda. This role ensures that our programs are driven by accurate insights, helping us measure impact and make informed decisions for the communities we serve. By maintaining data integrity and sharing findings with the team, the Data Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing our effectiveness and transparency.

Responsibilities

1. Collect, organize, and maintain data from various programs and projects.
2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
3. Analyze data to generate insights that inform program strategies and decision-making.
4. Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
5. Train staff and volunteers on data collection and management best practices.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and reporting requirements.
7. Create and maintain data dashboards for real-time monitoring and evaluation.
8. Support grant reporting and compliance through accurate data documentation.
