Overview

The Registry plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of beneficiaries, donors, and volunteers. This position involves data entry, managing documentation, and ensuring that all information is organized and accessible to support our mission of driving social impact in Uganda. The Registry Clerk is essential for facilitating smooth operations and enhancing communication within our community.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participants, volunteers, and donations.
  • Process and verify applications and registrations for programs and events.
  • Assist in data entry and management using the organization's database.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding registration processes and requirements.
  • Generate reports on participant statistics and program outcomes.
  • Coordinate with program managers to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Support the communication of information to stakeholders and community members.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the organization's mission.
