Overview

The Records Assistant will play a vital role in managing and maintaining accurate documentation of our programs and activities. This position involves organizing files, updating databases, and ensuring that all records are easily accessible to support our mission of driving social impact in Uganda. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all donor and volunteer information.
  • Assist in the collection, documentation, and management of project data.
  • Ensure timely updating of records to reflect current information.
  • Support the preparation of reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate the retrieval of records as needed for audits or evaluations.
  • Implement data protection and confidentiality protocols in record handling.
  • Assist in the digitization of paper records and improve filing systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance record-keeping processes.
