Overview

The Quality Assurance role focuses on ensuring that all programs and services meet the highest standards of effectiveness and impact. This position involves evaluating processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance the overall quality of our initiatives in Uganda. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the Quality Assurance team plays a vital role in driving our mission forward.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  2. Conduct regular audits of programs and services to ensure compliance with standards.
  3. Monitor project outcomes and evaluate effectiveness based on established metrics.
  4. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices.
  5. Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Collect and analyze data to report on the quality of services provided.
  7. Facilitate feedback mechanisms for beneficiaries and stakeholders.
  8. Ensure adherence to ethical standards and best practices in program delivery.
  9. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality assurance findings.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
