Overview

The Operations Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our nonprofit platform. This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing resources, and supporting program implementation to maximize our impact in the community. By coordinating activities and fostering collaboration, the Operations Officer helps us achieve our mission of driving positive social change in Uganda.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient program delivery.
  • Manage logistics for events, workshops, and community outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with staff and volunteers to align on project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities and program outcomes.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation for various initiatives.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Support communication between stakeholders, including partners and community members.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and support to staff and volunteers on operational best practices.
