Overview

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective project management. This position involves coordinating logistics, supporting program implementation, and collaborating with team members to drive social impact initiatives in Uganda. Through strong organizational skills and attention to detail, the Coordinator helps create a positive environment for both staff and community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of programs.
  • Support project managers in planning and implementing community initiatives.
  • Manage schedules, resources, and logistics for events and workshops.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders, including donors and volunteers.
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating project outcomes and impact.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as record-keeping and filing.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for projects.
  • Support fundraising efforts through event coordination and outreach.
