Overview

The Chief Customer Officer is responsible for enhancing the overall experience of our donors, volunteers, and community supporters. This role involves developing strategies to engage and retain our audience, ensuring that their needs and feedback are at the forefront of our mission. By fostering strong relationships and clear communication, the CCO will drive our impact and growth in Uganda and beyond.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  2. Oversee all customer service operations to ensure high-quality support and responsiveness.
  3. Collaborate with teams to align customer needs with organizational goals and programs.
  4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Foster relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners to enhance support.
  6. Lead initiatives that promote a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
  7. Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service and engagement.
  8. Monitor industry trends to innovate and improve customer service offerings.
  9. Report on customer satisfaction metrics and recommend strategies for growth.
