Overview

The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all programs and initiatives meet our high standards of effectiveness and impact. This role involves monitoring project outcomes, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to enhance our services for the communities we serve. By ensuring quality, the officer helps us deliver meaningful support to those in need across Uganda.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality assessments of programs and services to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
  • Analyze data and feedback from beneficiaries to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and suggest actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality assurance best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of quality control initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in all operations.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to communicate quality standards and expectations.
