Overview

The Quality Assurance Officer ensures that our programs and services meet high standards of quality and effectiveness. This role involves monitoring project outcomes, implementing best practices, and providing feedback to enhance our impact in the community. By ensuring the reliability of our work, the officer helps us deliver meaningful support to those we serve in Uganda and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of programs and processes to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with program teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
  • Analyze data and provide reports on quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions to gather insights from beneficiaries and staff.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the development of evaluation frameworks for program assessments.
