Overview

The Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-driven projects in Uganda. This position involves coordinating with local partners, managing resources, and ensuring that programs align with our mission to drive social impact and empower local communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community development and skilled in fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement program activities in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Manage relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports.
  • Organize training workshops and capacity-building sessions for volunteers.
  • Support fundraising efforts through networking and outreach.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and ensure information flow.
  • Conduct community needs assessments to inform program development.
  • Promote programs through social media and community engagement initiatives.
