Overview

The Production Supervisor oversees the planning, execution, and quality control of our production processes. This role ensures that our projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and align with our mission of driving social impact in Uganda. The supervisor collaborates with team members and community partners to deliver effective and meaningful programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies.
  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance skill sets and performance.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between departments for seamless operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on production metrics and operational challenges.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
