Production Officer

Overview

The Production Officer is responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of impactful content that highlights our programs and initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that our messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with our mission to drive social change in Uganda. The Production Officer plays a key role in enhancing our storytelling and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee production schedules for various programs and projects.
  • Manage the logistics of resource allocation to ensure timely project execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement production plans.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the production process.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff and volunteers on production best practices.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in production efficiency.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance program delivery.
