Overview

The HR Systems Administrator at the organisation is responsible for managing and optimizing our human resources information systems to support efficient HR operations. This role involves overseeing data integrity, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies, all while enhancing the user experience for staff and volunteers. By streamlining HR processes, the administrator helps foster a supportive environment for our team, enabling them to focus on driving social impact in Uganda.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  2. Support the implementation of HR software updates and enhancements.
  3. Provide technical support and training for HR staff on system usage.
  4. Generate and analyze reports on HR metrics to support decision-making.
  5. Assist in the development and documentation of HR processes and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot system issues and ensure seamless integration.
  7. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
  9. Facilitate onboarding processes through the HR system.
  10. Act as a liaison between HR and other departments regarding system needs and functionalities.
