E-Learning Administrator

Overview

The E-Learning Administrator is responsible for managing and enhancing our online learning platform to support educational initiatives in Uganda. This role involves creating engaging content, ensuring smooth user experiences, and coordinating with educators to deliver impactful training programs for community members and volunteers.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain the e-learning platform, ensuring user-friendly navigation and accessibility.
  2. Develop and update online courses and learning materials in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  3. Provide technical support and training for users, including staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
  4. Monitor and analyze user engagement and learning outcomes to improve course effectiveness.
  5. Coordinate the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they have the necessary access and resources.
  6. Stay updated on e-learning trends and technologies to enhance the platform's offerings.
  7. Facilitate communication between instructors, learners, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  8. Assist in the creation of promotional materials to increase awareness and participation in e-learning programs.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards and best practices in online learning.
