Overview

As a co-Founder , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our vision and strategy for driving social impact in Uganda. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to develop innovative programs, engage with community stakeholders, and ensure the sustainability of our initiatives that uplift vulnerable populations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering partnerships and advocating for meaningful change in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement the organization\\'s strategic vision and mission.
  2. Oversee program design and execution to ensure impactful community engagement.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  4. Lead fundraising efforts, including grant writing and donor outreach.
  5. Manage the daily operations of the organization, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  6. Recruit, train, and mentor staff and volunteers to foster a collaborative environment.
  7. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to inform future strategies.
  8. Advocate for social issues relevant to the organization’s mission.
  9. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in nonprofit operations.
  10. Communicate the organization’s impact and story to the public through various channels.
