Overview

The Administrative Intern will support the day-to-day operations of our nonprofit platform, helping to streamline processes and enhance our outreach efforts. This role involves assisting with data entry, managing communications, and coordinating events, all aimed at driving social impact in Uganda. It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful community initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and community programs.
  • Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital.
  • Help with data entry and management of donor and volunteer databases.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct research on potential funding opportunities and community resources.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement.
  • Support social media and marketing initiatives by creating content.
  • Provide general support to team members as needed.
